Our main goal is to offer innovative production and design ideas to our customers, set reasonable and transparent costs, provide fast service throughout all processes from the initial development stage to production, and deliver high-quality products on time with very short lead times. While steadily working towards our primary goal, we also continue to tirelessly uphold ethical standards and fulfill our social responsibilities.

ETHICAL RULES

All sub-manufacturers and suppliers we work with must establish honest and open production relationships in accordance with the "transparency principle" throughout their production processes. Any violation of the transparency principle is a violation of the minimum requirement.
Employing child workers under the age of 15 and having child guests under the age of 15 in the production area of the business are violations of minimum requirements.
Employing people at a wage set below the minimum wage in a business is a violation of minimum requirements.
The identity documents, SSI entry, Occupational Health and Safety training, and Vocational Qualification Certificates of the employees of the subcontractor companies who will work within the company are checked.
Employing people without insurance (unregistered) in a business is a violation of minimum requirements. We encourage the employment of foreign workers in order to prevent unregistered employment and ensure the employment of foreign workers.
It is a violation of minimum requirements that employees face discrimination due to religion, language, race, gender, ethnicity, physical appearance, disability, age, etc. during their working hours and that female employees are asked to take a pregnancy test.
